Definition for : Reverse takeover
GLOSSARY LETTER
A "reverse takeover" designates a situation where a company which is attacked by another one, counter-attacks by launching a take-over effort over the assailant. It also refers to a situation where a company launches a Takeover bid on a significantly larger company.
